Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commerce Graduate for a full-time role in our Audit and Compliance team. The candidate should have functional knowledge and basic exposure or experience in financial accounting (including understanding of debit/ credit accounts), cost analysis, Income Tax compliances, and GST compliances. The role is suitable for a candidate who is willing to learn, work accurately, and handle routine accounting and compliance-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparation and maintenance of financial audit reports
- Supporting cost analysis and basic MIS reporting
- Assisting in GST compliances, including data preparation and reconciliation
- Assisting in Income Tax compliance-related work
- Reviewing invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
- Performing ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and basic verification work
- On-site internal and tax/statutory audits
- Maintaining proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
- Supporting seniors in accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate
- Basic functional knowledge of accounting, GST, Income Tax, and cost analysis
- Exposure or experience in accounts and compliance work will be preferred
- Freshers with good conceptual understanding may also apply
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and MS Office
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial records
- Basic knowledge of GST returns, reconciliations, and tax compliance
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Salary:
- CTC up to ₹2,25,000 per annum

- Able to work in a structured office environment on a full-time basis
- Based in Surat (local) and open to travel outside Surat for the purpose of audit and consulting assignments
