ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring performance and efficiency
2.Expand procurement categories using a strategic sourcing approach
3.Oversee procurement P&L, including cost control, budgeting, and cost optimization to improve margins
4.Handle sourcing and procurement of products, including imports and supplier negotiations
5.Review sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities
6.Support new product introductions aligned with business strategy and assist in product development
7.Enhance procurement and import processes while ensuring compliance with regulations
8.Optimize costs, monitor supplier performance, and ensure consistent quality standards
9.Improve procurement and import workflows while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
10.Define and track procurement KPIs to support overall business growth and profitability
11.Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure smooth business operations
Mandatory Prerequisites:
Minimum 3 years Experience is required
- Experience in consumer product purchasing
- Experience in handling procurement categories
- Ability to lead a team with KPI & KRA management
- Basic understanding of P&L, cost control, and budgeting
- Good understanding of inventory and demand planning
- Experience in vendor negotiation and sourcing (including imports)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
