Main Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
- Increase product availability and market coverage
- Handle retailer relationships and negotiations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure proper merchandising and promotional execution
- Collect payments and manage outstanding dues
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Guide junior sales representatives or sales officers
Experienced FMCG sales professional with at least 10 years of expertise in sales operations, distributor management, market expansion, team handling, and achieving business targets.
