A Sales Manager is a leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and overseeing the daily operations of a sales team
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, and coach sales representatives. You are responsible for identifying skill gaps and conducting training sessions to improve the team's closing rates.
- Target Setting & Strategy: Establish realistic sales quotas and develop comprehensive plans to achieve them. This involves analyzing market trends and historical data.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and analyze sales statistics. You will regularly review individual and team performance to ensure everyone is on track.
- Experience: Typically 2–8 years of experience in sales, depending on the seniority of the role
