Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the food industry. The candidate should be capable of expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities in the food sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Travel across India to meet clients and expand business operations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of the food industry market
- Willingness to travel extensively
Language Requirement:
- Hindi (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
- Tamil (Preferred)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably in food/FMCG sector)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
