We are looking for confident and result-oriented Tele Callers for lead generation and sales. The role involves calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into customers.
Your Role (What You’ll Do)
- Call interested leads (no random cold calling)
- Understand client concerns (health, lifestyle, wellness goals)
- Suggest suitable solutions in a consultative, non-pushy manner
- Build trust and convert leads into sales
- Follow up and maintain long-term relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Who Should Apply
✔ Confident and clear communication in Hindi / Punjabi(basic English helpful)
✔ Comfortable discussing health & wellness topics professionally
✔ Sales mindset with ability to convince and close
✔ Patient listener (important for health-related conversations)
✔ Experience in telecalling / wellness / Ayurveda / healthcare is a plus
✔ Freshers with strong communication & confidence can apply
