About the Hiring Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately record day-to-day Sale and Purchase invoices in the accounting software.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage financial records, bills, and reports using MS Excel.
- Assistance: Support the Admin + Accounts Head in daily operational, clerical, and administrative tasks.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital vouchers, bills, and accounting files.
Requisite Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounts assistance (Manufacturing industry experience is preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally/Busy) and proficiency in MS Excel (Data entry, billing, formulas).
- Core Competencies: Good understanding of Sale-Purchase cycles, basic taxation, and attention to detail.
Work Timings & Benefits:
- Shift Timings: Standard Day Shift (e.g., 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM).
- Transport: Free Company Transport Provided (Pick and Drop service from the nearest Metro Station to the Plant).
- Incentive: No incentives (Fixed Monthly Salary).
- Salary Growth: Budget is flexible and not a constraint for highly experienced and capable candidates.
