We are seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator who will work closely with the leadership team and coordinate a wide range of business activities across the organisation.

The Role
This is a dynamic, multi-functional position where you will be involved in:
- Coordinating day-to-day business operations
- Client relationship management and follow-up
- Managing property management assignments
- Documentation and administrative coordination
- Liaising with government offices, vendors and service providers
- Research and preparation of reports
- Monitoring project timelines and deliverables
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
- Using AI tools and modern software to improve productivity and workflows

Who We're Looking For
We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone who can learn anything.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, science, commerce or any professional discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities
- High level of computer proficiency
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Curiosity, initiative and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Integrity, ownership and attention to detail
Experience is welcome, but attitude and learning ability matter more than years of experience.
