Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and result-driven Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring engine in Ahmedabad. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 years of core, exclusive experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent while optimizing our recruitment processes and building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job profiling to onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards (Indeed, Naukri), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand and map hiring needs.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior recruiters to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, ATS data, and weekly pipeline reports.
- Process Optimization: Refine interview structures to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Strictly 6+ years of continuous experience working only in recruitment/TA profiles.
- Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to permanently relocate to Ahmedabad.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Human Resources is highly preferred.
- Tools: Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms, Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Skills: Exceptional English communication, negotiation skills, and headhunting capabilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
