As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for creating a warm welcome, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest enquiries, managing reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
* Manage room reservations, day picnic bookings, and guest registrations.
* Provide information about Monteria Village’s attractions, activities, accommodation, events, and packages.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
* Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
* Maintain guest records using the property management system.
* Prepare daily reports, shift handovers, and maintain front desk documentation.
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and guest service protocols.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
