Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities and brand promotion for the wellness centre. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating events, generating leads, and enhancing brand awareness to attract and retain members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Assist in digital marketing activities including email marketing, SEO, and online promotions.
- Coordinate wellness events, workshops, fitness challenges, and campaigns.
- Support lead generation and membership promotion activities.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare industry.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and content creation platforms is an advantage.
