Experience
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Human Resources operations and administration.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Preparing HR MIS and management reports using Excel
- Coordinating joining and exit formalities
- Managing statutory compliance documentation
- Handling employee queries and HR operations
- Supporting audit and client documentation requirements
Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred

- Ability to handle large employee data efficiently
- Good team coordination and time management

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
