We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, network operations, cybersecurity, CCTV systems, and overall IT administration. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Management
- Manage and support ERP systems, including user administration, troubleshooting, implementation, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal departments for system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy, system availability, and user adoption.
Network & Infrastructure Management
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions as required.
CCTV & Security Systems
- Manage and maintain CCTV surveillance systems across all company locations.
- Monitor security infrastructure and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper recording, storage, and retrieval of surveillance data.
IT Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, firewall configurations, and access controls.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure data protection and compliance with company IT policies.
System Administration
- Manage servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and IT assets.
- Oversee software installations, updates, licensing, and system configurations.
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functioning.
User Support & IT Operations
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees.
- Resolve hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support records.
Vendor & Project Management
- Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and software partners.
- Manage IT projects, upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems Management.
- Proven experience in ERP administration is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, CCTV systems, and IT operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
