Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary
Responsible for handling customer relationships, business promotion, customer follow-up, loan enquiries, collections support, and ensuring quality customer service at the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer enquiries and explain company products/services.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support business development and customer acquisition activities.
- Follow up customers for loan documentation and repayments.
- Assist branch operations and daily customer service activities.
- Maintain customer records and update reports regularly.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Plus Two preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in NBFC/Banking/Customer Service field preferred.
Location : Koratti
Time : 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
