Axis is seeking a strategic and people-centric Senior Manager – HR to lead our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions. Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full-cycle Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring timely hiring of high-caliber candidates across all business units.
- Develop and implement Talent Management frameworks, including succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of HR professionals, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine recruitment channels, employer branding, and talent retention initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including onboarding, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, HR policies, and diversity, equity inclusion best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of high performance and accountability throughout the organization.
- Track and report on HR metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Champion change management efforts and support organizational transformation projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling recruitment and talent programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in diversity and inclusion.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or MBA.
- Experience in implementing HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse).
- Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Background in a high-growth start-up or multinational environment.
- Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
