A store manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of a retail location, driving financial performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Business & Sales Performance: Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets while managing operational costs and budgets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate sales associates to build a high-performing team.
- Customer Experience: Maintain excellent service standards, handle escalated customer concerns, and build local brand loyalty.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention, cash handling, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout, window displays, and overall cleanliness align with corporate visual guidelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
