Key Responsibilities
1.Operate injection molding / molding machines efficiently
2.Set up molds and monitor machine performance
3.Ensure product quality as per company standards
4.Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
5.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
6.Coordinate with production and quality teams
7.Minimize material wastage and downtime
