Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean Search.
- Recruit for Blockchain, Web3, AI/ML, Full Stack, MERN, MEAN, React.js, Node.js, Python, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Product Design, Mobile App Development, and other technology roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, evaluate candidates, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and employee records.
- Maintain HRMS and employee database.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
- Support employer branding initiatives across hiring platforms.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring Software Developers and Technical Professionals.
- Good understanding of Blockchain, Web3, Cryptocurrency, Smart Contracts, DeFi, NFTs, Ethereum, Solidity, Hyperledger, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for Blockchain or Web3 companies.
- Understanding of technical job descriptions and developer skill sets.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Experience with ATS and HRMS software.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
