We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own our product suite end-to-end from writing PRDs and managing a team of 4+ to delivering product demos, gathering customer feedback, and running competitive intelligence. This is a full-spectrum PM role that sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business with strong stakeholder visibility and direct influence on company direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Documentation & Planning
- Write clear, detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every feature and initiative
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and edge cases for the engineering team
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog aligned with business objectives and CPO direction
- Product Demo's and Onboarding Training will be a part of this role
- Own the product roadmap and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and changes
Team Leadership
- Directly manage and mentor a team of 4 or more — including BAs, junior PMs, and QA leads
- Assign work, set clear expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and drive team accountability
- Foster a culture of ownership, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, design, sales, and operations
CRM & IT Project Management
- Own and manage the company's CRM setup, configuration, and adoption across teams
- Identify CRM gaps, define improvement requirements, and drive implementation with the tech team
- Manage IT projects end-to-end — scope, timeline, resource planning, risk tracking, and delivery
- Ensure all projects follow governance standards with proper documentation and sign-off protocols
- Track milestones, flag blockers early, and prepare management-ready status reports
Product Demos & Client Engagement
- Own and deliver product demos for prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain demo environments, scripts, and presentation materials
- Customise demos based on client segment, use case, and pain points in coordination with sales
- Gather client feedback during demos and convert insights into actionable product inputs
Product Feedback & Iteration
- Establish structured feedback loops — from sales, support, clients, and end users
- Synthesise qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritised improvement initiatives
- Work with the CPO to decide what gets built, refined, or deprioritised based on feedback data
- Track feature adoption post-launch and drive iterations based on usage patterns
Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis — features, pricing, positioning, and market moves
- Maintain a live competitor intelligence tracker and share insights with product and leadership
- Identify whitespace opportunities and differentiation angles based on competitive landscape
- Inform roadmap prioritisation and go-to-market strategy with competitive context
Management Reporting
- Prepare and present periodic product performance reports to the CPO and leadership team
- Track and report on key product KPIs — delivery velocity, feature adoption, bug rates, NPS
- Maintain dashboards and documentation that give leadership real-time visibility into product health
- Escalate risks or material concerns with supporting data and recommended actions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5+ years of product management experience in a Saas technology or IT solutions environment (WealthTech / FinTech preferred)
- Proven experience writing PRDs and managing structured product development cycles
- Prior experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong IT project management skills — scope, timelines, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting
- Comfortable delivering product demos to clients and senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback and data into clear decisions
- Excellent written communication — your PRDs and reports should need minimal edits
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; experience with Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar tools
