Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Manager who has hands-on software development experience and can lead development teams, manage projects, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to guide developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
The candidate will be responsible for managing technical teams, reviewing architecture and code quality, coordinating with clients/stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage software development teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Participate in system architecture, design, and technology decisions.
- Review code, ensure coding standards, and maintain best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure software scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Project Management
- Plan, manage, and monitor multiple development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, business teams, designers, QA, and developers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Team Management
- Hire, train, and evaluate technical team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
Process & Quality Assurance
- Ensure proper implementation of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Maintain documentation for technical processes and systems.
- Improve development workflows and operational efficiency.
- Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Communicate project updates and technical feasibility to stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in team handling or technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.
- Experience with frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:
- Java
- Python
- PHP
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Node.js
- Flutter / React Native (optional)
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud services, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
