Job Position: HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of one year of recruitment experience to support organizational hiring requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining high standards of candidate experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system/ATS
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment progress and share status updates with stakeholders
- Support onboarding and pre-joining formalities
- Adhere to company recruitment policies and compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or training in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR practices will be an advantage.
Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required. The candidate should have practical exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, with the ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently.
