Job Summary
Jyoti Enterprises is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer – Fire Fighter for the Noida Metro Project. The candidate will be responsible for the execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems in accordance with project specifications, NBC, NFPA, IS Codes, and client requirements. Experience in Metro, Railway, Airport, Government, or other large infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system installation works at the project site.
- Review and interpret fire protection drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Supervise the installation of Fire Hydrant Systems, Automatic Sprinkler Systems, Hose Reels, Fire Pumps, Fire Extinguishers, and Fire Alarm & Detection Systems.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, inspections, and performance verification of fire protection systems.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, DPRs, material reconciliation, and site documentation.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS Codes, project specifications, and Noida Metro safety requirements.
- Attend client, consultant, and project coordination meetings.
- Prepare as-built drawings, QA/QC documentation, testing reports, and handover documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and site safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Fire Pump Systems.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.
- Sound knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS Codes, and fire safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, material take-offs, billing quantities, and progress reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire Fighting/MEP projects.
- Experience in Metro, Railway, Airport, Government Buildings, Commercial Complexes, High-rise Buildings, Hospitals, Industrial Plants, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

Salary
₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience, knowledge, and interview performance)
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Fire Fighting/MEP projects.
- Experience in Metro or large infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Willing to work at the Noida Metro Project Site.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
