We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Key Accounts Manager (KAM) to manage and expand relationships with our strategic enterprise clients across industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, driving account growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bidaal's AI-powered solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a professional who thrives in client-facing environments, understands complex enterprise ecosystems, and can effectively bridge client requirements with internal execution teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, plant heads, safety heads, and decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and identify areas where Bidaal's solutions can add value.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance presentations, and strategic account planning sessions.
- Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and proactively address escalations.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent business units.
- Travel frequently to client locations for relationship management, business reviews, and on-site discussions.
- Maintain detailed account plans, CRM updates, revenue forecasts, and management reports.
Who Are You:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts in B2B environments.
- Prior experience working with clients across heavy industries such as Mining, Steel, Power, Manufacturing, Construction, Automotive, Oil & Gas, or similar sectors.
- Strong network and ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Values professional stability and is committed to contributing meaningfully within a long-term, growth-focused organization.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and data-driven in account management.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to AI tools, CRM platforms, and enterprise technologies.
- Willingness to travel extensively to industrial sites and client locations.
- Immediate joiners from Delhi NCR region will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
