About the Role
We are looking for a confident and client-focused Visa Counsellor to join our Rajkot branch. The ideal candidate will guide students and clients through visa processes for study, visit, work, or immigration, and help them choose the right destination and pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel walk-in and telephonic enquiries about visa options (student, visitor, PR, work, etc.)
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, courses, or visa categories
- Explain documentation requirements, timelines, and process steps clearly
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application files and documents
- Coordinate with clients for follow-ups, appointments, and biometrics
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and applications
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of visa/immigration processes (preferred; training provided)
- Comfortable with computer and MS Office
