Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking: Prepare a specific menu featuring diverse Pizzas (Margherita, Onion, Veggie Delight, Kulhad, Sweet Corn, Delight, Paneer Wrapped, and Extra Cheese Loaded) and Pastas (Red Sauce, Baked Cheese, White Sauce, and Pink Sauce).
- Mise en Place: Prepare fresh pizza dough, pasta sauces from scratch, and handle daily vegetable and cheese preparation.
- Speed & Quality: Manage baking and cooking times efficiently to deliver hot, consistent dishes during peak hours.
- Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness at the pizza oven and pasta station in accordance with food safety standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience specializing in commercial pizza baking and pasta preparation.
- Expertise in operating commercial ovens and managing pasta stations.
- Fast, efficient, and highly focused on kitchen hygiene.
