- Operate VMC machines using Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens controllers.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and workpiece clamping as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and mould component specifications.
- Execute programs and make offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Generate and modify CNC programs using Mastercam software.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Ensure quality standards, surface finish, and production targets are achieved.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with Tool Room and Quality departments for smooth production.
