Job Summary
The Credit Control Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable and credit-related data to support effective decision-making. The role involves extracting data from ERP systems, performing data analysis, preparing dashboards and reports, and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to improve collections performance, cash flow management, and overall business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and validate credit control, accounts receivable, and customer-related data from ERP systems.
- Analyze customer payment behavior, overdue balances, collection performance, and credit risk indicators.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and management reports using Excel, Google dashboard, or other reporting tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO, aging analysis, collection efficiency, and overdue accounts.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and present insights to finance teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve payment issues and improve collection effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP and reporting systems.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting activities related to receivables and credit management.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying automation and reporting enhancement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Google Dashboard.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
