Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, email, and in-person communication
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Promote and explain company offerings effectively to generate sales
- Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, and ongoing promotions
- Manage customer records, orders, and follow-ups accurately
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with team members
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer handling
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, call center, or telecalling is a plus
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
