Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire production process in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production planning knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with merchandising, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor production costs and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare production reports and MIS data.
- Handle team management, training, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile, Garment Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in garment/textile production management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
