Samutthanam Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the B2B marketing and distributor development for our portfolio of healthcare products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and business development, with excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
The primary responsibility of this role is to expand our distributor network, strengthen relationships with existing distributors, and achieve assigned sales targets across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive B2B marketing and sales for the complete Samutthanam product portfolio.
* Develop and expand the distributor network in Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
* Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors while nurturing long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
* Conduct regular distributor meetings, product presentations, and business development activities.
* Spend approximately **three weeks every month** meeting distributors and channel partners across Bangalore.
* Travel **one week every month** to Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for market development and distributor engagement.
* Coordinate and travel with the Andhra Pradesh Sales Executive during visits to Andhra Pradesh to strengthen market coverage and business growth.
* Monitor distributor performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase sales.
* Collect market intelligence, competitor information, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
* Work closely with the sales and management teams to execute promotional activities and achieve business objectives.
* Prepare regular reports on market visits, distributor performance, sales pipeline, and business development initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Appointment of new distributors in assigned territories.
* Growth in distributor sales and market coverage.
* Strengthening relationships with existing distributors.
* Expansion of Samutthanam's market presence across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or distributor management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing distributor networks.
Required Skills

* Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
* Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Language Requirements
Candidates **must be fluent** in:
* Kannada
* Tamil
* Hindi
Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
Travel Requirements
* Extensive travel is mandatory.
* Three weeks of field work every month within Bangalore.
* One week of travel every month across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
