KC combines physical experience centers with digital platforms to create a unique ecosystem for the Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction (AIDC) industry.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Center Head to lead the overall operations, business growth, customer experience, and strategic initiatives of Knowledge Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, strengthening industry partnerships, and ensuring the center achieves its business, revenue, and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations, administration, and business performance of the center.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Facility Management, and Business Development.
- Drive partnerships with architects, designers, manufacturers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Oversee end-to-end customer experience, ensuring exceptional service and engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, operational efficiency, budgets, and financial performance.
- Establish and improve SOPs, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Represent KC at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and strategic meetings.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing large teams and business operations.
- Proven experience in P&L management, business growth, and operational leadership.
- Strong expertise in team management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior industry professionals and key clients.
- Experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate, or Experience Center industry will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹291,666.41 - ₹541,666.68 per month
