We work across commercial leasing, office spaces, retail, industrial properties, land, outright transactions, investment opportunities and other commercial real estate solutions.
Role Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with property owners through phone calls, identify available commercial properties, collect accurate property information and build a strong property-owner database for Real Property.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to property owners from company databases and other sources.
- Identify owners who are looking to lease, sell, rent or commercially utilize their properties.
- Explain Real Property's services and establish professional relationships with property owners.
- Qualify property-owner leads based on company requirements.
- Maintain accurate property and owner information in Google Sheets / CRM / company database.
- Follow up regularly with interested property owners.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing and Sales teams for qualified property opportunities.
- Arrange property details, documents and other information required by the team.
- Keep the property database updated and remove outdated or duplicate listings.
- Generate daily calling and lead activity reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and sourcing targets.
- Maintain professional communication with property owners at all times.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Real Estate Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Calling or Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Good Marathi, Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with property owners over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Comfortable working with daily targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Real estate calling or property-owner calling experience will be an advantage.
