About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable AI Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations using modern AI tools and digital platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, think logically, and work in an AI-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with AI tools and platforms to support business operations and productivity tasks
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks using AI-based solutions and workflows
- Create structured outputs such as reports, summaries, and presentations using AI assistance
- Support different teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations) with AI-driven task execution
- Conduct basic research, data organization, and content structuring using AI tools
- Improve workflow efficiency by identifying areas where AI can be applied
- Maintain accuracy and quality while working on AI-assisted outputs
- Collaborate with team members to implement AI-based improvements in daily work processes
Required Skills & Qualities
- Fresh Graduate (any stream)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High adaptability to learn new AI tools and digital platforms quickly
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication (English)
- Basic understanding of computers, internet tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace
- Curiosity about AI tools , automation tools, and productivity platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to AI tools
- Basic understanding of data handling or spreadsheets
- Interest in automation, digital productivity, or tech tools
- Internship experience in operations, marketing, or admin roles
