We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and experienced In-House Sales Executive / Team Lead with an IT background who can handle end-to-end sales coordination and team management. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing sales through calls, handling inside and outside sales activities, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and leading the sales team toward achieving targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IT / CSE)
- OR MBA (Marketing)
- OR Any Degree with a strong Computer / IT background
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
- Handle both inside sales and outside sales activities
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare and share sales quotations and proposals
- Follow up consistently to close business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for solution feasibility and delivery
- Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly
- Maintain daily sales records and reports
- Lead and manage the sales team effectively
- Support marketing and lead generation activities
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
