Job Summary
We are a Turkish - Indian joint venture specializing in luxury vehicle interior design, customization, and manufacturing. Combining Turkish craftsmanship and design expertise with Indian manufacturing capabilities, We deliver premium vehicle conversion and customization solutions for clients across international markets.
Currently looking for an experienced Manufucturing Director to lead our luxury vehicle interior design and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all factory activities, including production planning, manufacturing processes, workforce management, quality control, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, vehicle production, or a related industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or factory management role.
Strong knowledge of factory operations, production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.
Fluency in English is required.
Hindi and/or Marathi language skills are preferred.
Turkish language skills will be considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
