We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong background in corporate interior fit outs and co-working space planning. The ideal candidate should bring together design expertise with technical knowledge and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate should have Revit software experience
Develop and present space plans, 2D/3D layouts, and concept designs for co-working and office interiors.
Collaborate with sales, project, and procurement teams for cost-effective and brand-aligned design solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained on site.
Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
Review drawings, material selections, and ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
Conduct site visits and audits during execution for quality and design adherence.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design.
4-6 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects, especially co-working or office spaces.
Strong understanding of pre-contract processes, quantity surveying, and material specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, illustrator, MS Excel, and other design tools.
Good eye for aesthetics with a practical approach to space utilization.
