Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills to ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles.
● Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
● Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct HR screening rounds, and coordinate hiring.
● Build talent pipelines and support recruitment strategies. Employee Onboarding
● Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
● Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
● Track training schedules, attendance, and onboarding progress.
● Maintain onboarding documentation and employee records.
HR Operations
●Maintain HR databases, employee records, contracts, and trackers.
● Support attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and probation reviews.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and HR documentation.
Employee Engagement
● Organize engagement initiatives and employee activities.
● Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.
● Assist in feedback collection and employee experience initiatives.
Coordination & Administration
● Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
● Support HR projects and other organizational initiatives as required.
Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
● Prior internship or experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
