Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth analysis of laptops to identify root causes of hardware failures and software glitches.
Hardware Repair & Replacement: Swap or repair faulty physical components, including RAM, SSDs, motherboards, batteries, keyboards, and displays.
Chip-Level Servicing: Execute advanced repairs on logic boards, including soldering and BGA reballing.
Software Support: Install, configure, and update Operating Systems (Windows, macOS), drivers, and client applications.
Data & Security: Perform malware/virus removal and assist customers with data backup and recovery.
Customer Service & Reporting: Update service tickets, explain technical issues clearly to clients, and maintain accurate repair logs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
