Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including visitor handling, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Production departments for seamless workflow.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record‑keeping (invoices, GRNs, dispatch records).
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and support vendor management.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain attendance records, and track office expenses.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars for senior staff.
- Support HR with onboarding, induction, and administrative compliance.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support in sales coordination and client communication when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing/packaging industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
