Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Lab Instructor / Programmer to manage computer laboratories, assist faculty during practical sessions, and support students in programming and technical activities. The candidate should have good programming knowledge and basic lab administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:Laboratory Management:
- Maintain computer labs and ensure systems are functioning properly
- Install and configure required software and tools
- Monitor lab usage and maintain lab registers
- Coordinate with IT support for hardware/network issues
Academic Support:
- Assist faculty during lab sessions and practical classes
- Help students in programming and software usage
- Support project work and technical assignments
- Prepare lab manuals and documentation
Technical Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python
- Basic database knowledge (MySQL/SQL)
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain lab inventory and asset records
- Ensure lab discipline and safety procedures
- Support internal exams and practical examinations
- Prepare reports related to lab activities
Required Skills:
- Good programming knowledge
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and student handling skills
- Time management and documentation skills
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with teaching lab experience in colleges
- Exposure to project guidance
- Immediate joiners preferred
