Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support a UK-based hospital doctor with appointment management, administrative tasks, communication, and day-to-day coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are eager to learn and grow in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar activities.
- Handle emails, messages, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, patients, and other stakeholders as required.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain records and organize important information.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Assist with travel bookings and event arrangements when needed.
- Provide general administrative and personal assistance support.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
