A renowned builder in Thrissur is looking for Tele calling cum sales staff for their Thrissur office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online listings, and walk-ins).
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties according to their requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and amenities.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain an updated database of properties and clients..
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new projects in the area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
