We’re seeking a dynamic customer service representative to make 100+ outbound calls daily, engage potential students, capture responses, and convert leads into enrollments for our EdTech courses. You’ll persuade students on program value, hit monthly targets, and manage lead pipelines to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls to leads from colleges, inquiries, and referrals.
Build rapport, address queries, and convince students/parents to join robotics, AI/ML, and drone tech courses.
Record customer responses accurately in CRM (e.g., Google Sheets or custom tools) and follow up on leads.
Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets (e.g., 20-30 conversions) through persuasive communication.
Manage call logs, schedules, and pipelines; escalate high-potential leads to sales/management.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer outreach (EdTech/BPO experience preferred).
Excellent Hindi/Telugu/English communication; confident in persuasion and objection handling.
Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet quotas.
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Google Workspace); comfortable with daily high-volume calls.
Graduate (any stream); passion for education/tech is a plus.
Available for 6-day shifts (9 AM - 6 PM).
