Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience managing housekeeping teams, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency across assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and assigned premises to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
- Allocate daily tasks, prepare duty rosters, and monitor staff attendance.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Maintain housekeeping inventories and coordinate replenishment of cleaning materials and linen.
- Address housekeeping-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain housekeeping records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, residential communities, or facility management companies preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or facility management.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
