Core Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging text, image, and video content (e.g., reels, carousels, stories) tailored to specific platforms.
- Community Management: Monitor accounts, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster positive relationships with the audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversions, adjusting strategies based on data.
- Paid Campaigns: Manage social media advertising budgets, targeting, and A/B testing on platforms like Meta Ads Manager.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Copywriting & Communication: Strong ability to write compelling, brand-aligned hooks and captions.
- Creative Production: Proficiency with design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data from analytics tools and make actionable recommendations.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of user behavior and best practices across major social networks.
- Time Management: Experience using social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) to maintain consistent content calendars
- Experience: 5-7 yrs. of experience and past experience in managing NGO/Foundation accounts in the past would be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
