Job Title: Area Sales Executive (Karnataka)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Executive to expand our presence across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory (Karnataka)
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors and dealers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and build market presence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
- Strong network in Karnataka market is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order booking
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Attractive commission: 2% on total sales

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in food products / FMCG industry is a plus
- Ability to build distributor networks from scratch
- Strong local market understanding
