Qualifications

- Candidates with customer service, sales, or interior industry experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and project progress.
- Qualify customer requirements and coordinate with the Interior Design team for consultations.
- Convert inquiries into design appointments by providing accurate information and excellent customer support.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for clients in coordination with the design team.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, customer interactions, and project status.
- Organize and maintain customer records, project documents, and filing systems.
- Interpret customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the design team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt support and proactive follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and client handling abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or front office operations.
- Knowledge of the interior design, construction, or home furnishing industry is an added advantage.
