Salary:Upto 30k (based on experience & interview performance)
Experience Required: 1–3 years (experience specifically in Performance Marketing is required)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Campaign Management: Set up, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) to drive ROAS and revenue
- Budget & Bidding: Direct management of daily ad spend, bid strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Deep technical command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
- Tracking & Analytics: Manage Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, and CAPI tracking. Analyze daily metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate) and generate performance reports.
- Funnel Optimization: Work on landing page flows and offer structures to improve traffic-to-purchase conversion rates.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROAS growth.
