Job Description: Sales executive
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Sales support for Direct customer for software as well as hardware requirements.
- Keep self-updated with the latest products and features to convince customers accordingly
- OEM /vendor Co Ordination for Pricing, Availability, end to end follow up for right quote with timely reply.
- Customer interaction from quote to payment collection.
- MIS preparation.
- Logistic Co-Ordination as support to Sales & customer.
- Support with Competition data or analysis to the sales team as and when need.
- Support with end-customer / retail sales as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or order management (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
