Ravi Raj Singh Security Agency (RRS) is a professionally managed security and manpower services company, providing security, housekeeping, and manpower solutions across North India. We currently manage multiple residential, commercial, and institutional sites across Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Field Officer / Field Supervisor to oversee our operations and ensure smooth management of all client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to client sites across Delhi, UP, and Haryana.
- Supervise security guards, supervisors, housekeeping staff, and other deployed manpower.
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, grooming, and deployment of personnel.
- Carry out surprise inspections and night checks at sites.
- Liaise with clients, RWAs, facility managers, and management representatives.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and manpower shortages.
- Coordinate recruitment, replacement, and deployment of personnel.
- Conduct on-site training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client-specific requirements.
- Monitor guard registers, attendance records, and statutory documentation.
- Support management during emergencies and special events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Security Services company.
- Strong experience in handling field operations and site supervision.
- Familiarity with security operations, watch & ward duties, manpower deployment, and client management.
- Must have own a motorcycle/scooter and possess a valid driving license.
- Must know how to drive a four-wheeler.
- Must be able to fulfill any manpower shortages when required.
- Candidates with security industry experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of residential society security operations and RWA management.
